Zinc oxide helps treat and prevent diaper rash, while moisturizing and nourishing the skin. The zinc oxide-based formula provides a protective barrier for the skin to prevent natural irritation. Zinc oxide is applied gently and easily cleans the baby without causing irritation to the affected area.
Zinc oxide is used to treat or prevent minor skin irritations such as burns, cuts, poison ivy, poison oak, poison sumac, and diaper rash. It is also used as a sunscreen.
Quickly change wet and soiled diapers, clean and dry the diaper area. Every time you change a diaper, apply a large amount of ointment as often as needed, especially before going to bed or any time you may be exposed to wet diapers for a long time.
No dangerous drug interactions have been reported.
You are known to be allergic to any component of the formulation.
Generally well tolerated. The frequency of hypersensitivity reactions is extremely low.
This medicine should be used with caution only when it is clearly needed during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
When using this product, avoid contact with eyes. If the condition worsens or does not improve within 7 days, stop using it and see a doctor. This may be a sign of serious illness. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, please seek medical help immediately.
