Refund and Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and delivery, we are here to help.

Return Policy:
  • To be eligible for a return, you must prove that the wrong medicine, product, or any item different from what you originally ordered was delivered to you. If you want to change the medicine, since for medical conditions sometimes consultants advise you to change the medicine. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original medicine that was provided to you. You must request a return by calling our helpline or by submitting the “Request Complain” Button from the website or App.
  • To complain about an item/delivery, the customer needs to show proof that Osudpotro provided the wrong item as a matter of audit purposes.
  • As per regular e-commerce practice, Customers should open the delivery pack in front of our deliverymen so that customers can instantly inform us if there have any issues with our deliverymen or our helpline directly.
  • After delivery, if any customers want to complain about any item’s authenticity or item short or wrong item dispatched, Osudpotro will never accept his/her complain.
  • In case the customer needed to receive his/her delivery through another receiver then the receiver needs to check the items as a customer otherwise no complain will be accepted later.
  • As a formal process, we also request all customers to have the signature on the Invoice we are providing while delivery, even if any customers don’t sign on the invoice, then no action she/he can take against Osudpotro later for a returned item if the shared clause are not followed by her/him.
  • If the customer has proof of evidence, then within 6 hours of receiving the item customer could request for return if there has found any wrong Item, wrong quantity, short date expiry, or Damaged. Then our team will take the initiatives to return those items immediately in the next 24hr.
  • If any prescription was changed by the doctor The customer must provide valid prescriptions which prove that his medicines have been changed by the doctor. in that case, the customer can return this medicine within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • If the item needs to return due to the mismanagement of the Osudpotro team (“ex.” wrong Item dispatched, wrong quantity, short date expiry, or damaged item) then the customer doesn’t need to pay any amount to replace the item or no delivery cost will be charged for that return delivery.
  • As an added advantage, with that delivery customers can place any new order without any delivery charges.
  • If the item needs to return due to the customers end issues (“ex.” misplaced order, Invalid Prescription order, Doctor changed the medicine, wants to return the extra medicine) then the customer must need to pay the delivery cost for returning those items & Osudpotro will return his/her money-back after deducting 15% from invoice price.
  • After returning the medicine to the office, the Osudpotro team will check & audit the item to verify the items whether it was our product or not and check if the item is physically good for reselling or not.
  • If any issues are found on such an event (for non-eligible products for return), then NO RETURN AMOUNT will be provided.
  • The returned products amount will primarily add to the customer's Rewards Point so that she/he could re-purchase any item from Osudpotro again.
  • No return amount will be provided as Cash, only a Digital official channel will be used to make the transaction formal & legal.
Which Products are not eligible for Returns?
  • If the item has been opened, partially used, or disfigured. The user is strongly advised to check the package carefully at the time of acceptance of products by the user from the user’s delivery rider.
  • If the product has been tampered with.
  • If the product packaging and packaging box or packaging seal has been tampered with.
  • The user is strongly advised to check the package carefully at the time of acceptance of products by the user from the user’s delivery rider and it is emphasized that the user should not accept the order if the package appears to have been tampered with.
  • If it is mentioned on the product detail page that the product is non-returnable.
  • Any Vaccine, insulin or any item which is temperature sensitive those items will never be returned by Osudpotro.
  • If the product does not have a serial number / UPC number/ barcode affixed, which was present at the time of acceptance of products by the user from the user’s delivery rider.
  • Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
  • If the product is without original packing.
  • If the product is damaged due to misuse.
Exchange Process:

The customer will place an exchange request with the below information

  • Return the medicine name and unit.
  • Required medicine name and unit.
  • Return medicine purchasing invoice.
  • Doctor’s previous prescription and the updated prescription.

The call center agent will keep the request. Once it gets approved the call center team will update the customer.

Refund Policy:

Refund requests will be processed under mentioned situation:

  • Sometimes customers misplace orders & complete the payment then Osudpotro needs to refund his/her money through our refund policy.
  • Sometimes company can’t provide the desired item then Osudpotro needs to refund the customer's advance payment.
  • For courier delivery Osudpotro needs to receive the minimum order value (200tk or 20% of the order whichever is bigger) if the item can’t be arrangeable or delivered then Osudpotro needs to refund.
  • Any Refund will be executed & completed in 1 to 7 working days.
  • For some technical difficulties if any extra time will be required to complete the refund, we will inform the customer from the start & will share every step of challenges to reduce the dissatisfaction. For such a context, the customer should be supportive of the process to complete the refund.
  • Refund should be the same channel from where the customer paid earlier.
  • For instant, customers will get an auto refund into his/her rewards wallet to make another order with the same amount.
  • For the Osudpotro Reward refund will be instant like other e-commerce company practices.
  • By using the Osudpotro reward customers can order any item from Osudpotro again.
  • Osudpotro reward has no minimum limit to redeem the amount, but the policy can be changed based on business requirements.
  • If any transaction has been found with huge Transaction fees (more than BDDT-50) & customer didn’t consult with the Osudpotro team before placing the order then company will deduct the Transaction fees from his refund amount while the refund has been initiated.

  • The customer must provide the prescriptions which prove that his medicines have been changed by the doctor.
  • The customer must have to provide the invoice.

Supply Policy:

osudpotro itself does not produce or manufacture any product, therefore company tries to control the quality, but does not give quality assurance for any. We believe the manufacturer/vendor/supplier is fully capable of assuring the quality of every product.

If any user finds any product/quality/Packaging issues at the time of receiving the order delivery, Osudpotro will take full liability and will accept the return of that product. If the user faces any threat after 12 hours of the provided delivery, we will consider it as a lacking of quality assurance from the manufacturers or suppliers.

All products displayed on the website are subject to change and are subject to availability.

Delivery:

Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a replacement for your returned item, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund.

Note: Customer has to hand over his medicine to the delivery man. After getting the medicine it will take 1-3 working days to update the customer’s osudpotro wallet balance, 15% service charge would be deducted for every transaction or order refund.
